Our Studio apartments are beautifully designed, open-concept spaces that combine everything you need for a comfortable stay in one thoughtfully considered room.

Inside, you’ll find an organic king mattress, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table/workspace, sustainable bath amenities, local artwork, and the thoughtful details that define The Parliament on Greenbriar. All apartments have shared access to our courtyard and laundry room.

One Bedroom

Designed to feel more like a home than a hotel room, our one bedroom units offer the comfort of distinct spaces for sleeping, relaxing, cooking, and dining. The private bedroom features a walk-in closet and bathroom, while the separate living room provides a comfortable place to unwind, work, or settle in after a day exploring Houston.

The full kitchen is thoughtfully designed for everything from morning coffee to a meal at home. Locally made furnishings, artwork from Houston and Texas-based artists, and sustainable Public Goods bath products bring a distinctly local, considered feel to the space.

Corner Suite

Located on the corners of The Parliament on Greenbriar, these premium one-bedroom residences offer everything guests love about our One Bedroom, with a little more space and a greater sense of openness.

The corner position gives these residences additional square footage and more generous living areas as well as dedicated work spaces creating an especially comfortable setting for longer stays or guests who simply appreciate a little extra room.
